Terms

1. Ownership of Media: Petra Real Estate Photography retains full ownership and copyright of all media. Clients are granted a lifetime, non-transferable license to use the media exclusively for marketing the listed property.

2. Licensing & Usage: The license is valid only while the property is actively listed for sale. The agent who purchases the media may use the media for any marketing related to the listing. Media may not be transferred to another agent or provided to third parties (including builders, stagers, or designers) without explicit written consent. Those wishing to use the media must obtain a separate licensing agreement.
